Behind nearly every one of these studios are our fitness leaders; or Managing Partners as we like to call them. Their entrepreneurial spirits fuel us for building businesses and communities. We are looking for those leaders. Both the people who want to make a difference where they live and those who want to put down roots to introduce Renegade Fit to the places we’ve never been before.

The Partner’s passion and approach to business bring each local Renegade Fit community and workout to life in the neighborhoods where they work and live. That’s why we take great care in selecting our Managing Partners. We are looking for a good fit—and we know our Members are, too.

This opening is designed to create an exceptional leader in the group fitness Industry. The Managing Partner is granted the power necessary to operate a Renegade Fit business. Renegade Fit requires that the individual be free of any other active business ventures and operate the studio on a full-time, hands-on basis.
Renegade Fit Managing Partners are required to complete an extensive, multi-week training program before taking over the operation of a Renegade Fit studio. With additional development courses and managing partner support available, Renegade Fit Managing Partners are equipped to handle decisions and reap a challenging business’s rewards.
You might be a great fit with Renegade if you:
- Are looking for a full-time, “hands-on” business operating role.
- Have been part of the Renegade Fit community and coaching for 2+ years.
- Have a proven track record in studio management/leadership of 2+ years.
- You are a results-oriented self-starter interested in learning and growing a business.
- You are prepared to have no other active business venture.
- You are hard-working, team-focused, energetic, and low drama.
